New Seller Onboarding
We put a strong focus on the first weeks of a new salesman. We have developed the best new seller boot camp possible. In groups, we teach the fundamental drivers of needs and purchases and address the necessary actions to make more sales.
We conduct and analyze sales calls and provide a skeleton and structure for the new seller to build his or her very personal pitch. We create scenarios for believable urgency, develop trust and practice open-ended questions to steer the conversation. Detailed roleplays for objection handling, and closings provide confidence to the new seller on the phone.
Extensive roleplays in groups help the new seller to own the pitch and to react to objections and early rejection in the conversation. For training, we record and analyze roleplays and provide a "before & after" comparison.
